TERMS & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the WKD Date Night campaign exclusive to ASDA stores. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Duration of Promotion (all times stated in GMT):

  1. Purchase Period: The period for purchase opens 00:01 2nd June 2025 and ends at 23:59 8th August 2025.
  2. Promotional Period: Claims must be made between 00:01 2nd June 2025 and 23:59 10th August 2025. All claims received after the closing date of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
  3. Prize Use Date: £50 Stonegate vouchers must be used/spent by 23.59 31st October 2025. £5 dining network valid for 6 months from receipt of prize email.


2. Eligibility:

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Current valid email address required. Internet access required. Purchase necessary.
  3. UK residents must retain receipt/proof of purchase showing date of qualifying product purchase during the Purchase Period and that date must be prior to date of claim. Purchase of a minimum of 1 is necessary and all purchased qualifying products for each claim must be clearly shown on the same receipt/proof of purchase.


3. Qualifying WKD Products:

  1. The below products are eligible to purchase claim the reward. One (1) purchase is required from any participating ASDA store:
  2. 1 x 70cl WKD Blue
  3. 1 x 70cl WKD Purple Grape
  4. 1 x 70cl WKD Cherry Ice


4. How To Participate:

Customers must purchase a Qualifying WKD Product in a single transaction from any participating ASDA Stores or online during the Purchase Period. For all purchases, the customer must enter the below information on www.wkddatenight.co.uk before 23:59 10th August 2025.

  1. Full name
  2. Current valid email address
  3. RM product code found on product label


5. Claim Restrictions:

  1. A maximum of 5 claims per person will be allowed across the entire Promotional Period. Additional claims that exceed this limit will be disqualified and any allocated rewards will not be fulfilled.
  2. Customers who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  3. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a customer is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s claims will be disqualified and any reward will be void.
  4. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


6. Prize Allocation:

  1. The 200 x £50 Stonegate vouchers will be randomly distributed within The Promotional Period via a winning moments mechanic by a secure, computer programme. The ‘moments’ are an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first person to enter on or after one winning moment, you will be awarded the prize allocated to that winning moment. The winning moments for each day are allocated across the hours in that day at random, subject to due weighting to take account of anticipated rates of gameplay at different times of the day. If no entry is received at a particular winning moment, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all prizes will be won. All winning-moments allocations to winning moments, have taken place in advance of the commencement of this promotion and are carried out under the Promoter’s audited procedures.
  2. All entries that have not won one of the 200 x £50 Stonegate Vouchers will be awarded a £5 off £20 spend National Dinning Network voucher


7. The Prizes:

  1. One of 200 x £50 Stonegate vouchers – to be spent at any participating Slug & Lettuce, Walkabout or Social Pub & Kitchen venues. A list of venues can be found here
    1. Voucher in the form of a unique code to be presented/shown to staff prior to payment for £50 off your bill
    2. Must be used to purchase a combination of food and drinks, it is advisable to reserve a table ahead of your visit  
    3. Cannot be used in its entirety to purchase alcoholic drinks only
    4. To be used in conjunction with a group of 4 persons maximum
    5. Must be used in a single transaction – no funds may be carried over to subsequent transactions
    6. Venue age & behavioural restrictions and ID may be requested
    7. Voucher cannot be transferred, has no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
    8. Voucher must be used before 31st October 2025 after which point it will not be accepted
    9. Valid at venues in mainland UK only
  2. For any winners residing in Northern Ireland and alternate prize can be provided to the value of £50 upon request
    1. Any winners based in Norther Ireland can contact the TLC team administering the campaign via the website contact us form www.wkddatenight.co.uk/contact⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ and the team will assist with providing a suitable alternate dining prize to the value of £50
    2. Any cash transfers will require provision of valid UK bank details
  3. £5 off £20 spend National Dinning Network 
    1. 1 x Single use £5 voucher redeemable at local participating takeaway, delivery, and/or dine in restaurants nationally.
    2. You must spend a minimum of £20 at the restaurant redeem the voucher, minimum spend excludes alcohol.
    3. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or delivery partners such as, but not limited to, Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
    4. Maximum one voucher per transaction and one voucher per dining group.
    5. Vouchers cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged, is not transferable and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for monetary
    6. value or for any other form of compensation.

8. The prizes and rewards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned, or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide (in whole or in part) an alternative similar reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value.


9. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for customers failing to supply accurate information which affects reward claim or delivery of their reward.


10. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Lost or stolen rewards will not be replaced.


11. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide verification of their identity including date of birth and eligibility including original documents (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the customer’s date of birth) and requesting proof of purchase which they must provide within 10 days from request. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the reward or withdraw the reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the customer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a customer has gained and unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.


12. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the applicable reward (for example, personal expenses whilst on holiday) are not included in the reward and must be paid by customers separately.


13. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to):

  1. You reside outside of the UK.
  2. You have not purchased a Qualifying WKD Product during the Purchase Period and you have not registered on the promotional website by 23:59 on 10/08/2025
  3. You have not registered your claim by completing all requested fields on the promotional website correctly.
  4. You have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.


14. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents and distributors (including the provider of any prize awarded in connection with this Promotion) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any customer entering the promotion or as a result of accepting your reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury its negligence.


15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage or invalidate any affected claims.. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.


16. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s claim to the promotion.

18. Any persons participating inf this Promotion do so on complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


19. The Promoter’s decision is final all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.


20. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


21. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the reward. Any personal data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion will only be used for validation of claims, claim notification and for administering the Promotion, unless you have expressly consented for it to be used for any other purposes (for example, in subscribing to the Promoter’s or the Administrator’s marketing newsletters). Your personal details be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions.


22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each customer, and customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
